go to that address, enter your subscribed email address and it gives you the
option to have your password emailed to you. Once you have that you can then
change your password, change your options, etc.

Something that should be noted, Mailman provides archives, which are
currently open to all (and potentially harvestable for email addresses). I
would suggest anyone who includes their email in their sig take anti-spam
precautions.

One nice feature of mailman is you can set your subscription to 'no-mail'
which allows you to subscribe multiple address but to only receive mail at
one. Makes posting from work and home a doddle and means the listmaster
doesn't have to constantly approve messages posted from non-members.
