[Sussex] Debian is back up

Hi Debian users

If you don't use Debian then go back to sleep :-)

The security server(s) appears to be back up.

Assuming your running woody (3.0)

Add the following line to /etc/apt/sources.list

#-- Cut here --
deb ftp://security.debian.org/debian-security woody updates/main
deb ftp://security.debian.org/debian-security woody updates/contrib
deb ftp://security.debian.org/debian-security woody updates/non-free
#-- End of cut --

and then run

# apt-get update

And then to get all the security patches to woody

# apt-get upgrade

You should do the update/upgrade every week or so to keep your system
up to date.
