Morning chaps,..

Big news from the Mozilla project this morning.  The Mozilla suite as we no
it will be frozen at 1.4 (the new release) and development will refocus on a
smaller, lighter suite of applications.  Some of you will already be
familiar with Phoenix (the web browser component of the _new_ Mozilla), but
I don't suppose many of the non-Gentoo people will have seen Minotaur yet
(or Thunderbird as it seems to be called now) which will replace Mozilla
mail.

... this should address one of Linux's major headaches - the most popular,
most functional browser is s-l-o-w and bloated.  I've used Phoenix quite a
lot over the last year or so, it's certainly pleased me in a way that Galeon
never did and Safari on OS X still isn't (though Safari is v.good).
