Hmmm sounds like it's going into a infinite loop or a hungry wait-state.
Being closed source there's nothing we can do about that directly.  I'd have
to suggest a reinstall, I'm afraid.

Rebuild the machine from the ground up, make sure everything is fully
service packed and see how you go.
