[Sussex] Why I am not around (Andrew Guard)

Well this if haven't guess is me Andrew Guard.  And I am member of this list 
but I dont recive e-mails from it here at my junk-mail.com (hotmail) e-mail 
adress.  Who sead Microsoft didn't have it uses?

So might of guess I have been rather quite in last week. Well the answer to 
why that is so is simple, I did very silly thing and broke my foot.  As such 
I am of work sick!
