[Sussex] Gnomemeeting digicam

I have been trying to get my cheap digi cam to work as a webcam for 
Gnomemeeting but cannot get it recognized as /dev/video0 for Gnomemeeting to 
use it.
Digikam works fine for  the stored pictures.
