There is (or was) a good set of instructions for Nvidia drivers and
Debian at http://atomichamster.org/debian/nvidiadrivers (just checked -
still there).  I followed them and it worked for my Geforce 2 MX 200,
but Nvidia have a unified driver model, so should be OK for you too.
