Longer battery life and less capability to fry your nuts in a laptop use 
scenario are the key points in favour of Bluetooth.  Interoperability of 
Bluetooth equipment remains a bit of an issue.

Maybe the MacOS X people have some experience of Bluetooth ... it's been 
supported on that OS for about a year now.  Does anyone know of an Ethernet 
to Bluetooth adapter?
