Ok, how about Beeb Forth? the language, where you roll your own!  My
memories of it was that it was extreemly geeky and archaic where all
arithmetic was in reverse polish - like the good old 1970's HP calculators.
It produced very tight compiles and the application along with the kernel
could fit easily into 8k which was handy at the time for burning onto ROM's.
