It proves my argument really, that we are now over the activation cusp and
on the slippery slope. I believe that Microsoft are now in an irretrievable
position (imagine the bird sitting on a log - self decieved into thinking "I
can fly away at any time" but just at the last moment, the edge of the
roaring falls brings massive acceleration and the bird+log fall to their
ulimate doom).
Whilst Microsoft may still exist in some form or other - they will never
again occupy the position of "Big Boy" that they now still enjoy.
