Yes I had a look at those sites they seemed a bit too biased to the U.S.
There are so many different Standards about.

I ordered a Hauppage DVB-Nova T card from DABS £67 for terrestrial

Hauppage also do a Nova-S card which does the satellite stuff.

I believe it is possible to have multiple cards in the machine so one could
also add a conventional capture card too.

I notice that Hi-Grade do the Xperian
