[Sussex] Return to procmail

Ok, im really bugged by this...

I cant seem to find a clear statement anywhere that explains how
procmail is handling the message inbound

so whilst I can run the following bits of rules


* ^To:\/.*
      {
                 TO = $MATCH
		 MAILINGLISTS="sussex"

		 :0:
		 * $TO ?? $MAILINGLIST


		 {
		 	... so more rules
		 }
		}


I cant seem to get the damned thing to se TO or MAILINGLISTS ?

All i want to do is take two vars

FIRSTVAR="startofstring"
SECONDVAR="startofstring-user at somelist.com"

and test for firstvar at the start of secondvar!
