Well.. there are so many to choose from, you'd have to have a look and 
see what you like.

The most popular GUI ones other than KMail and Evolution would be 
Sylpheed and Mozilla Mail (which is actually much improved recently).

A lot of people here about would seriously favour using command line 
alternatives (mutt or pine), but to suggest that would open up a whole 
new can of worms...
