hello all,

I have notice that no one wanted to put there hand up for organising the
xmas meal gathering so here is my hand.

I'm thinking either the 4th or 5th of december so not long to go the
location will be in Chichester yet i have to get some details first before
saying where. also with out details i dont know what the price range would
be.

I would like some numbers and comments if possible. and as quickly as
possible as there isnt much time left.
