Sorry I should have given a better URL.

Follow it up with a call and find out what to do.  After placing
an order I got bounced by BT (distance to exchange to long; this I
already knew).  After phoning BT (150) as suggested by the status 
report on the ZenADSL site I found the best way forward is to phone
Zen and get put on their trail list.
