Thanx John D and others.
I've done some digging of my own and both Pipex and Freedom2surf look good.
Freedom2surf looks slightly cheaper at £22.50 a month but you have to buy
your own ADSL modem (cheapest ive seen is ebuyer's own at £35+ex vat and
packaging).
link to http://www.freedom2surf.net/adsl/home.php
Advantages are:
<Btw: You dont get this with pipex!>
Setup is free subject to keeping contract for 12 months,
otherwise a charge of £59.99 will be levied.
Sub-domain, virus scanning, spam filtering, PHP, MySQL,
Postgres, Frontpage Extensions, mail forwarding, vacational
messaging, CGI, SSI, POP3 & IMAP, Webmail, cheap-rate
international calls, £10 for every referred friend.
What do you think? anybody experienced/has knowledge what their
service is like? Tho I have to get an ADSL modem and filters, I
may still go with them.
Also which ADSL modem is best for linux / Debian?
Cheers
