Most of you have heard me say this before, but I'll say it again:

Exchange 5.5 is easily thr worst piece of software I have ever had the "pleasure" of programming against.

All back end VBscript processing happens in a single thread with a time limit on execution - exceeding this time limit is a very easy way of trashing your Exchange DB... 

... I know it's _old_ code.. but really.. I mean, what is this, amateur hour?  Obviously not ;)
