Thanks John, I'd spotted both of those when I googled myself.

What I'm looking for is a personal recommendation - I assume that you haven't
used either of these companies yourself.  How can I know from the website
which is the best to use.

If no one on the SLUG ML has a recommendation then I'll post to Debian UK and
see what they say - but I would rather go local if I could.
