[Sussex] GNU/FSF in China

Chaps,

Someone (Tony I believe) asked a question tonight about the Free
Software Foundation's operation in China.  I'm afraid my answer was
rather inadequate - the office in Beijing is actually that of Red-Flag
and they have a GPL enforcement officer who is not technically a FSF
member.  

However, Hong Feng is busy opening the Chinese office of the Free
