[Sussex] Collage studient takes on Microsoft and wins

This is going to down as a classic in time.

Here short and curlers on the subject.

21 year old student buys disconnected MS software as his a student.  He 
then didn't want it tried to get refund could from retailer.  Then he 
tries with Microsoft who don't give a refund.

So he then sells the software on ebay, makes a profit from sale. 
Microsoft get upset by this, takes him to court and rightfuly Microsoft 
losses.
