[Sussex] NetSupport for remote control of server

Hello,

We have a potential client who would like to be able to access/control Linux servers using the NetSupport package. I looked on the Internet and found the following in a review "if you want Linux/Mac support, badger NetSupport to do it properly before you buy." Has anyone experience in using NetSupport to access Linux systems?
