I second that.
With laptops I always make sure that there is a second partiotion
(helps when you need to reinstall Windows, just dump you backup onto
the second partition). I did not notice it with this new laptop and
did not have a copy or PartitionMagic. So I took the risk for using
QParted from the latest Knippix...
It went wrong!
The laptop had no data so I only lost 4 hours worth of
restoring/patching/installing/rebooting.
