[Sussex] cdrom access to all users

Hello,

I am trying the make a cdrom drive fully accessible to all users on a Fedora 3 system.
In particular, the user will need to be able to eject cds 

I have tried changing fstab, for example:

/dev/hda /media/cdrom auto user 0 0

But I always get the message (when trying to eject /media/cdrom)  that root is the only user who can unmount the device.
What settings should I use?
