Frances pointed me at the Scott Associates Relocation/Clearance 
Sale: http://www.scottassociates.co.uk/crawley.htm so I went
along with her to have a look last night.  It was from there
that projector was available.

The projector was nothing special.  A CASIO with a 1024 x 768
display resolution for £750 + VAT.  They say it was new, and it
was in the box (already open) and it did look new - I didn't take
the projector out of it's box to see.  Dabs.com as a Canon Project
for £703.82 inc VAT.

Frances is interested in buying a laptop.  I can't remember the
full spec or price and the laptops where not available as they
were having the HDDs wiped and re-installed.

If you are thinking of buying a secondhand computer pre-installed
with Windows make sure you get the "Microsoft Certificate of
Authenticity".  The OEM version of windows that was installed on
the system when it was bought new can be passed on to you.
