No, it wasn't just you.  In the re-install/upgrade of the machine a month
or so back the crontab files must have been wiped - I need to log in and 
check.  I'm very busy this week so I may not get the change to fiddle before
the weekend.  Take this as your reminder, as the Website seams to be fine 
in allowing people to sign up.
