Anyone is always welcome to talk about any subject (well I suppose it
ought to be vaguely Linux or F/OSS related).  If you would like to 
give a talk just say.  I do *not* want to bully anyone into it, which
I would feel I was doing as you are only "prepared" -- now if you had
said "like" I would have already booked you! :-)
