This is the way I record things, the great thing with swf is it vector 
format.  What have to do is :-
1) Record you actions and say what have to say.  So everything is done 
at sensible rate.
2) Re-dub the audio with clean audio.

Audio is so very important, I have see video's which have worst ever 
video but but good audio and it watchable.  I have seen video which 
would put BBC to shame but audio is naff, you will just not want to 
watch it.
