While it can shown that 100% of the spam is sent out by Windows Boxes 
the message is clear.
However if you do wish to send message from a Windows box then there are 
two recommendations.

1/ Only send in plain text, with no attachments. Certainly no HTML.

2/ Use a non-Microsoft email client, such as Thunderbird.

Thunderbird has many advantages over the Microsoft clients and, it is 
totally cross-platform, and if you try it you may prefer it.
