[Sussex] Dell - Window XP refund

Well it looks like Dell is refunding people for Windows XP.
They refund him £53.23 for Windows XP Home on his laptop which he did 
not what to use.

Well it £50 it worth calming this, if not going to use Windows on 
system.  I thought it would something like £10 and wouldn't be worth it 
but £50 well it starts becoming worth the effort of a few calls and letters.
