Agreed. Now is definitely the time to foster better interLUG communication.

No, but then I go to those meeting anyway. I think there is a world of
difference between speaking at your on LUG and be a guest speaker
elsewhere.

Southampton is about 2.5+ hours away (I live in Eastbourne) and the A27
isn't that fast these days. Aldershot/Guildford is only about 1.5 hours
away so is do able as a evening visit. Birmingham, York and Edinburgh
are completely different prospects.
I'd like to foster communications between LUGs nationwide. Hell, I
even have dreams of Internation trips too. Now that would be cool!
