[Sussex] A Fair Report on Linux

It's a very detailed report on installing and working with Linux.  I think
it shows that our BCF approach is the right one as we should hit computer
users that could cope with the issues that are going to happen.

Anyway, I'd thought I'd pass it on to you for your own enjoyment.
