[Sussex] RIP Chris Lightfoot

Morning all,

Extremely sad news this morning. I'm sure many of you are aware of the
work Chris Lightfoot, the first mySociety developer, No2ID sysadmin,
creator of WriteToThem, PledgeBank (including the 10 Downing Street
version), HearFromYourMP, and many more. Sadly, he passed away on 11th
February. mySociety have an announcement on their website.
