[Sussex] SCO Files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

Hi All

SCO have filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection, details of which
can be found here [1] on Groklaw.

Personally I have to say that I'm not that happy about the news.  I wanted
to see the IBM case go ahead so that IBM could validate GPLv2 in a US
court.  By filing for Chapter 11 all cases get automatically stayed so
the start of the SCO v Novel case in court (as I understand) will now
*not* start Monday.
