[Sussex] Cloning disks

Use Rsync and rsnapshot.

Do *NOT* image the disk, since any files in the process of being written may
still be paged out. Rsync is also much more efficient, and rsnapshot gives
multiple OS snapshots for recovering lost files without going to tape.
