I know its not Cable and NTL, but any on the Demon ADSL services are static ip and they don't mind users running any servers/services as long as they aren't used for commercial purposes (and the obvious porn, terrorism, open mail relays, etc) I wish i could just get one of them, my isdn is getting a little slow :( Hywel
