[SWLUG] Compaq Armada 110 and Wireless Internet Access

Dear all,

Following helpful advice re ntl Broadband, I've now got a working setup with a Linksys WRT54G router and Mandrake Linux 9.1.  I'm now in need of  some more advice.

What I'd now like to do is setup our rather ageing Compaq Armada 110 (also running Mandrake Linux 9.1). It has a PCMCIA card slot and I know that there are PCMCIA wireless cards (including some from Linksys).  What I don't know is what would be the best one to buy and how to get it to work with the Compaq laptop and linux.

I would appreciate any help and will summarise replies to the lists.
