Neil is spot on with the beeps ... they are bios error codes, and are
specific to the bios your comp has, if you know that then have a look on
Google and you should get a specific error. Like Neil says - usually
memory. For IBM it seems continuous means that the mobo is fried, but
for others it might mean a PCI card is loose or somesuch.

If you need to diagnose further, remove everything from the mobo (except
CPU and power) and start adding bits in gradually, cycling power each
time, until you find the culprit.
