[SWLUG] Curse of the Circumfexes

Hi everybody,

Is there any way to get Kmail to show a welsh  letter with a circumflex (to 
bach) over it properly. Someone on Clwb Malu Cachu who is using the welsh 
version of Linux has just raised the question. She is using Kmail like me.

I am still on the English version myself but Kmail seems to even show chinese 
characters in spam correctly why not Y^ and w^ etc.
