You might have already done this, but if you load Mozilla and go to the
help menu, then 'About Plugins' it should tell you which plugins are
available to Mozilla, if it's not listed here then it's not installed
correctly. There are also links from this page to documentation on how
to install plugins.

Personally I use the CodeWeavers Cross Over plugin from
www.codeweavers.com
