I could very easily give a talk about Internet Mail, and how it all 
hangs together.

Or what the IETF is, and who makes up these crazy standards in the 
first place, and how to get involved.

I'll happily demo my, erm, idiosyncratic client to people, as well, 
but I can do that in a pub quite easily, over GPRS, if people want to 
see it.
