yes, i could mail from somewhere else other than gmail, but i prefer
to keep my email addresses separate for different uses ;-)
just remind non-computer literate folk of the pitfalls with phishing
and spam, etc. maybe a change in email would help... yada yada yada.
can't believe i've wasted time in replying :) the irony.
