Yes, I've taken a number of these to pieces - you undo the screw and then 
press on the metal clip sticking out below and to the left of it.  That 
gives you access to the mounting screws holding the drive into the cage. 
Some of the newer Dell cases don't even screw the drives in - you just 
press clips to get them out of the cage.
