[SWLUG] Wierd Browser bug

Anyone encountered this weird bug before. Is there something on my
system that I can change to solve it.

On opening any kind of mozilla derived browser and attempting to fill in
a form. I find that I cannot do so. It takes five or ten minutes to
accept the data. Subsequently there is no problem, It just occurs on the
first attempt.

This appears to occur with all and any forms.
