[SWLUG] NTHELL AGAIN

Several evenings recently and I am getting it again now.My NTL broadband
has gone terribly slow. Unusably slow.

Anyone else in the Neath area getting trouble? Anyone know anything else
about it?

Their support line charges 10p a minute and if it is anything like the
rest of their customer service then it is about as much use as a
chocolate teapot. I am considering changing as I am utterly and
completely fed up with them, but any advice as to the current problems
would be much appreciated.
