Yes it was the line in fstab, I took it out, after taking a copy of the
file to make restoring it easier, and everything is fine.
I should have thought of this but at one point I had put hard disk 3
back without its power lead and I thought I had tried that combination.
I now need to put disk 3 back in. This is all part of a distro upgrade.
I am actually trying to improve one of my websites. I keep needing some
bit of extra software or hardware in order to get it working.
The last problem was my DVD drive not reading things properly. So I
replaced it. I need eventually to burn DVDs so went for a burner.
