[SWLUG] firewall suggestions please

i'm currently using ipcop which is fine at the moment but i'm thinking of 
setting up a small pc for my housemates to use for internet only, this is 
easy enough using wireless and the separate zone for that in ipcop. but i 
also want to limit the bandwidth that can be used and the traffic shaping in 
ipcop doesn't seem to be up to that, does anyone have any suggestions for a 
different firewall?
