I've created a 10th anniversary slashdot party for Cardiff on the 19th 
of October at 8pm.

Goto http://slashdot.org/anniversary.pl, click United Kingdom in the 
drop down select box (it's right at the bottom of the list), click the 
radio button next to the Cardiff one and then scroll to the bottom and 
hit "I'm attending" (or something similar).
