[SWLUG] Stoplen laptiop any ideas

I have just received a phone call from a friend. He has had a break in 
and his laptop has been stolen. It is a dual boot Galaxy machine running 
Vista and Fedora
He doesn't actually have an internet connection at present so cannot 
join the list easily.

This is an easily identifiable machine. There won't be many around. I 
had a look around ebay for him and he is going to check all the shops 
like Cash Generator.

Does anyone have any other ideas.?
