[SWLUG] Background creating software

I am running Linux Mint 7 and i use Skype a lot to chat with a friend of mine who now lives down-under in Australia. Now whenever i do chat with him he always appears on screen with a different background so that i never see the room he is in or the contents of that room.

He is running Windows and the 'free' program/software he uses to create the backgrounds is called manycam. You can find it here: www.manycam.com.

I was hoping that someone in SWLUG just might know of a similar program that is available to Linux user's. Thanks all
