A couple of people said use Google. The thing is I bought this machine
with Ubuntu preinstalled because I find sysadmin stuff v. difficult. But
*@!? Dell didn't honour the contract and nothing was preinstalled, so
now I'm trying to fix it---or I guess it'll have to go back. I don't
even know where to start & I have limited time (I'm supposed to be doing
some work today), so it is v. frustrating!
If I could just get the wired network going that would be something...
